Singapore band Concave Scream’s new album “Soundtrack for a book” has got some rather unique packaging. A limited run of 1000 of the discs are being secured inside secondhand books like Enid Blyton’s Brer Rabbit (above).
The band has also created a really nice microsite to promote the release, featuring all of the books. The site employs some crazy data visualisation to explode the books’ cover art as the user manipulates the band’s music. Fans who own the album can type in their book number, customise the cover art and leave a comment. Nice.
